DWC Reports 4.2% Benefit Increase

The maximum benefit rate for people injured on or after July 1 increased 4.2%, to $987.84, from $948.15, according to the Colorado Division of Workers’ Compensation. The division increased the maximum benefit by the same amount as the increase in the state’s average weekly wage.
