The New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance is proposing the readoption of rules pertaining to workers’ compensation managed care organizations.
The proposal, which involves mostly cosmetic tweaks, also includes a new rule that would reduce the non-refundable application fees paid by MCOs from $3,000 to $1,500.
