A federal trial court judge last week ruled that a lawsuit filed by a group of former professional football players against the Arizona Cardinals belongs in a Missouri state court. Plaintiffs Roy Green, John Thomas and Edward Scott all played for the Cardinals when the team still called St. Louis home.They allege that the Cardinals knew, or should have known, that repetitive head trauma could lead to permanent and debilitating neurological impairments, but failed to warn or protect players from this risk. Some 4,500 former professional football players made similar allegations in the...
