Driver Ordered to Pay $7,200 in Restitution for Fraudulent Claim

Texas Mutual Insurance Co. announced that a Travis County district court ordered Ramon S. Flores to pay $7,200 in restitution after he was convicted of double dipping. Flores claimed he was injured while working as a driver for Direct International Wine and Spirits in Houston and that he was unable to work because of the injury.
