NCIC Amends ASC Rule Per Court Ruling

The North Carolina Industrial Commission on Monday approved a temporary rule amending 04 NCAC 10J.0103, Fees for Institutional Services. The temporary rule limits maximum reimbursement to 200% for institutional services that are eligible for payment by Centers for Medicare & Medicaid when performed at an ambulatory surgical center.
