A railroad conductor who was fired after reporting a workplace injury is due $352,082.75 from the Wisconsin Central Limited railway, the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration has ruled.The conductor was within his 60-day probationary period when he was injured in Manitowoc, Wisc.
