The Ohio Supreme Court last week suspended a claimants' attorney from practice for a period of six months after she pleaded guilty to complicity to commit workers' compensation fraud, but stayed the suspension on condition that she commit no further misconduct.
Natalie Ference Grubb entered her guilty plea in the Franklin County Municipal Court back in February 2013, admitting she had violated Ohio workers' compensation law by providing funds to a client who was receiving temporary total disability benefits.
