Facts and procedural history: Rick Hunsaker worked for Woody's Trucking. In June 2011, he filed a workers’ compensation claim asserting he had suffered injuries from being struck by a cage of chickens. He alleged that the accident had happened in January 2011, and the claim did not include the Second Injury Fund as a party.
