The webinar, from 2 to 3 p.m. Eastern time, will be presented by attorneys Steve Marshall and Bert Randall.
The attorneys will discuss the legal differences between independent contractors and employees, and exposure issues based on the actions of those performing work for a company. They will also detail common worker classification issues in day-to-day business operations.
