Sunz Acquires Case Management Company Ascential

Sunz Holdings has acquired Ascential Care Partners LLC, a national, accredited case management and utilization review company. The purchase strengthens Ascential’s financial position while enhancing the ability of Ascential and Sunz to control claims costs for large-deductible workers’ compensation insurance clients, the companies said in announcing the deal.
