John Novak Named President of ICW Group Insurance Cos.

ICW Group Insurance Cos. has promoted John Novak to president. ICW said that in his new role, Novak will be charged with leading the company’s multi-line growth strategy, expanding its value-added service offerings and driving the company’s digital transformation. In addition to serving as president, Novak will also continue to serve as ICW’s chief operating officer.
