The Workers’ Compensation Rating and Inspection Bureau of Massachusetts announced that the Division of Insurance is holding a virtual public hearing Feb. 3 on a proposed 4% workers’ compensation rate cut.
The WCRIB in December proposed the 4% decrease in average rates for industrial classes and a 9.8% decrease for F-classes. The proposed effective date is July 1.
The virtual public hearing is at 11:30 a.m. Feb. 3.
