Special Disability Fund Has No Liability to Carrier Due to Lack of Evidence

A New York appellate court ruled that an insurance carrier that failed to submit medical evidence in support of its claim is not entitled to reimbursement from the Special Disability Fund.  Case: In the Matter of Wolkiewicz v.
