Supreme Court Grants Review of Dispute Over Occupational Disease Act's Reach

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has agreed to weigh in on a dispute on whether an occupational disease that manifests more than four years after an employee's last exposure to hazards causing that disease is subject to the exclusive remedy mandate of the Occupational Disease Act.
