BREAKING: Draft Reform Bill Posted

Although a proposed workers' compensation reform bill has not yet been introduced to the California Legislature, a draft bill crafted during negotiations between labor and business representatives has been widely distributed to interested parties. WorkCompCentral obtained a copy last week on the condition that it not be posted until formally introduced. However, the California Workers' Compensation Services Association posted a copy of the draft legislation in an analysis distributed by email to interested parties.
