Former workers' compensation judge Andrew Cohen died at the age of 75 on Dec. 29, according to numerous media reports.
Cohen was found dead in his Menlo Park home from what the San Mateo County Coroner's Office declared to be natural causes.
He served as a workers' compensation judge from 1989 to 1994, and was the presiding judge of the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board in San Jose from 1994 to 2003, according to his LinkedIn profile.
