A vexatious litigant's foray into the federal courts appears to have hit a brick wall at the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, after she attempted to challenge a district court's decision to strike her complaint. Applicant Janetta Sconiers has sued 73 California defendants contending that they have conspired and misused "vexatious litigant" laws in an attempt to squash her numerous legal filings.
