Attorneys for embattled businessman Michael D. Drobot and his son allege that a federal racketeering complaint filed by State Compensation Insurance Fund is nothing more than an attempt to get out of settlements the carrier has entered into with the Drobot businesses in the past decade.State Fund alleges that Drobot and his son, Michael R.
