The West Virginia Supreme Court unanimously ruled that a nurse failed to prove her disc herniation was a result of a compensable back injury. Case: Johnston v. Wheeling Hospital Inc., No. 21-0308, 09/19/2022, published. Facts: Gretchen Johnston worked for Wheeling Hospital Inc. as a registered nurse.
