A Northern California garbage hauler who was videotaped carrying an electric organ and other large objects while collecting disability benefits pleaded guilty on Friday to one felony count of workers' compensation fraud, Probe Information Systems said in a press release.
Robert E. Sallie was ordered to pay $28,270.63 in restitution to the city of Folsom, serve 60 days of work furlough and three years of formal probation, Probe said.
