Janitorial Business to Pay $180,000 in Restitution for Fraud

HSC International Ltd. was ordered to pay $180,000 in restitution after pleading guilty to premium fraud allegations, the Texas Department of Insurance announced. HSC International, a janitorial company based in Frisco, was accused of providing false payroll information to Texas Mutual Insurance Co. to fraudulently reduce its workers’ compensation premiums from Sept. 2, 2014, through Dec. 5, 2016.
