Express Scripts to Pay $3.2M to Resolve Overcharging Allegations

Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey announced that pharmacy benefit manager Express Scripts has agreed to pay $3.2 million to settle allegations that it overcharged workers’ compensation payers for prescription drugs. Express Scripts did not admit that its prescription drug pricing practices violated state laws or regulations.
