Norman F. Boxley, a Southern California workers' compensation attorney who ran his own firm before joining Floyd, Skeren and Kelly, was killed last Friday afternoon when his single-engine airplane crashed in Pomona.Boxley's plane crashed on the horse racing track of the Pomona Fairplex southeast of the Brackett Airfield, according to media reports.
