California employers would be required to file with the state every year a copy of their written plans to prevent workplace injuries, under a bill amended last week.
Assemblyman Reginald Jones-Sawyer, D-South Los Angeles, on Thursday amended AB 1569 to add language that would require the annual filing of written injury and illness prevention plans.
