Commercial Warehousing Inc., a refrigeration company based in Winter Haven, Florida, was cited and proposed penalties of $116,100 after inspectors with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration conducted a safety inspection in January.
Commercial Warehousing was issued the citation on July 10 for 13 safety violations, including one willful violation for failing to test the ammonia refrigeration system piping and pressure vessels.
