NCADA Elects WC Leaders to Treasurer, Secretary Positions

The North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys confirmed trial attorney David W. Hood as the 38th president of the association and appointed four other members into leadership positions, including a workers’ compensation trial attorney and a former board member who was instrumental in drafting workers’ compensation legislation.  NCADA voted in Hood along with the other officers and directors at its annual meeting held June 11-14.
