Carrier Can't Have Default Judgment Set Aside

The South Carolina Court of Appeals ruled that an insurance carrier was not entitled to have a default judgment against its insured set aside. Johnnie William Foster had a single-vehicle accident while driving a commercial truck in January 2014. Terence Graham was in the sleeping compartment of the truck when the accident occurred.
