Oregon’s Occupational Safety and Health Division is proposing permanent rules intended to stop the spread of COVID-19 in workplaces by requiring employers to institute a set of risk-reduction measures.
The rules would require that employers ensure all people in the workplace maintain 6 feet of separation unless it can be shown it is not feasible for some activities.
