Court Asks Lawmakers to Revisit Limit for Mental Injury Benefits

The Court of Appeals of Arkansas ruled that the statutory 26-week limit on an employee's claim for mental injury or illness passes constitutional muster, although it asked lawmakers to consider changing the rule. Case: Glass v.
