The California Division of Workers’ Compensation on Wednesday proposed a new Medical-Legal Fee Schedule that would increase the multiplier for psychological add-ons, modify the per-page reimbursement for record review, and in some cases allow employers to claw back from workers’ awards the fees paid for missed appointments.
The division said it will hold a public hearing on the proposed rules Dec. 14 and will accept comments through Dec. 15.
