Colorado’s Pinnacol Assurance announced global credit rating agency A.M. Best assigned it an “A- (Excellent)” rating with a stable outlook.
Pinnacol said in a statement the rating – its first by A.M. Best – is the result of its surplus level, underwriting and operating performance and “leading position in the Colorado workers’ compensation market.”
