BWC Adopts Package of Rule Changes

The Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation on Friday announced that it adopted a package of final rules covering a variety of issues including group experience rating criteria, deductible rules, group retrospective rating programs, experience modification caps and more. Combined, the BWC announced nine new rules that take effect May 9 and a single new rule that takes effect June 1. Rules taking effect May 9 include: Go green rebate, 4123-17-14.3.
