NCCI: 'Great Reshuffle' Part of Short-Term Frequency Anomalies; Long-Term Impact Muted

The trend of workers switching jobs in record numbers that started during the pandemic contributed to frequency anomalies in 2020 and 2021, but the National Council on Compensation Insurance said it will likely cause only small deviations from long-term frequency trends in the coming years.
