Bureau Adopts Amended Utilization Review Rules After Hearing Comments

An amended version of the Tennessee Bureau of Workers' Compensation utilization review rules will take effect on Jan. 29, according to a notice in the state's Administrative Register. The bureau made several changes to its original proposal in response to public comments after a hearing on Aug. 31, according to the notice.
