DCBS Proposes to Incorporate NCCI Changes in Statistical Plan

The Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services is holding a public hearing Sept. 26 to discuss rules that would update the Statistical Plan for Workers’ Compensation and Employers’ Liability. The National Council on Compensation Insurance, which manages the statistical plan, recently made two revisions to the rules.
