DOL Setting Up Dedicated Email, Fax for FROI

The New Hampshire Department of Labor has created a dedicated email address for first reports of injury and is revising its reporting form accordingly. The new Form 8WC will also include a fax number to be used to send the reports. “Having the ability to fax a first report of injury form to the department will better serve the employers of New Hampshire by providing additional avenues for employers to comply with the filing requirements of this law,” the department noted in the New Hampshire Rulemaking Register last week.
