Investment House Buys 4 Physical Therapy Networks

A New York-based investment house that bills itself as an alternative asset management firm has acquired four physical therapy firms that together operate 11 clinics in four states. GPB Capital acquired Back in Motion, Rehab Access, Arrow Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation and Whatcom Physical Therapy, the firm said in a press release.  GPB said the acquisitions give the physical therapy providers access to its affiliate, Alliance Physical Therapy Partners, which provides managed payroll, benefits, workers’ compensation and recruitment services.
