L&I Fines Asbestos Removal Contractor $87K, Removes Certification

Washington's Department of Labor and Industries fined a Kirkland asbestos removal contractor $87,000, suspended its registration and removed its certification to perform asbestos removal work after finding that the company exposed people to the carcinogen at a worksite.
