A Bureau of Workers' Compensation claims specialist wrongfully accessed 402 claims files that were not assigned to her during a four-month period, the Office of the Inspector General reported.The Inspector General issued a report last Thursday stating that Lisa Anderson, a BWC claims services specialist, violated several agency policies when she decided to use her claims database login information to view 402 files, which included the files of her boyfriend and his ex-wife.
