A roofing company based in Wright City, Missouri, is facing nearly $44,000 in proposed penalties after investigators with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration witnessed the company exposing its workers to fall hazards at a residential job site in Fairview Heights, Illinois.  OSHA investigators issued a citation to Hugo’s Roofing Contractors Inc. for eight violations including failing to require fall protection.
