A San Diego County grand jury has indicted father-and-son owners of a restaurant on charges of workers' compensation premium fraud, payroll tax evasion, sales tax evasion and grand theft of labor based on allegations that they failed to pay trainees.David Dadon, 61, and his 27-year-old son Barry Dadon allegedly hired 22 employees to work at their State Street Grill, but did not pay them initially and then paid less than $5 an hour.
