Formulary, Other Comp Bills on Committee Agenda

The Nebraska Legislature's Business and Labor Committee is scheduled to hear three workers' compensation bills during its first meeting on Feb. 8, including a measure that would require adoption of an evidence-based drug formulary for controlled substances.
