The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration has cited a masonry contractor in Upper Darby, Pa., for 10 safety violations at a new residential construction project in Philadelphia.OSHA said in a news release inspectors responded to a complaint alleging imminent danger involving work being performed by McGee Plastering & Stucco in Philadelphia.
