NCCI to Take Over Administration of State's Residual Market Plan

The Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance has chosen the National Council on Compensation Insurance as the new administrator for the Tennessee Workers’ Compensation Insurance Plan, TDCI and NCCI announced in releases. As a result of the change, the plan’s name will be shortened to the Workers’ Compensation Insurance Plan.
