The Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation on Monday launched the DWC Digest e-newsletter, combining various news items into one email.
The first edition of the DWC’s new e-newsletter included a reminder that DWC adopted amendments to the Texas Administrative Code that affect designated doctors and doctors with maximum medical improvement and impairment rating certifications.
The news item announced that DWC has published a video on the updated DWC Form-032. The video can be viewed here. The updated DWC Form-032 must be used starting Monday.
