Rate Bureau Posts Revised Assigned Risk Endorsement Forms

The North Carolina Rate Bureau has posted revisions to Basic Manual for Workers' Compensation and Employers Liability that include changes to three endorsement forms. All three of the forms have been revised to reflect that they are now specific to North Carolina. Each of the forms is used in the assigned risk program and are not used in the voluntary market.
