A steel manufacturer failed to challenge a Workers’ Compensation Commission decision it claims included an incorrect date regarding the last payment of permanent disability benefits, and as a result can’t rely on the alleged incorrect date to substantiate a statute of limitations defense, the Arkansas Court of Appeals ruled.
