Governor Adds Two New Arbitrators to Workers' Comp Commission

Gov. Bruce Rauner has appointed Tiffany Kay and Charlie Watts as new arbitrators to the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission. Kay was a labor and employment lawyer for the state Department of Central Management Services for the past year and a half and represented state agencies in grievance arbitrations. Prior to that, she was an associate general counsel for the Workers’ Compensation Commission for two years, and handled labor and human resources disputes after working nearly a year as a case processing analyst for the U.S. Department of Labor.
