Uber has gained the upper hand in negotiations over a settlement to a class-action lawsuit against it, Bloomberg Technology reports.
Earlier this year, the ride-hailing company proposed an $84 million settlement to a lawsuit filed by California and Massachusetts Uber drivers alleging labor law violations.
