A Brooklyn yeshiva was fined $49,200 and issued citations for 21 serious violations of workplace safety standards after OSHA found widespread electrical and fall hazards at the building site of its six-story school and office building, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's Manhattan Area Office announced.
